Slabjacking (also referred to as mudjacking, concrete raising or concrete leveling) is a concrete repair procedure that is designed to correct sunken concrete slabs or roadways. Slabjacking involves raising or leveling a sunken or misaligned slab (such as a sidewalk, driveway, patio, or public road) by pumping a grout mixture below the slab. Many grout mixtures/material designs are used for slabjacking / mudjacking. The term "mudjacking" originated from the use of mud or soil in the mix. Other popular materials for slabjacking include portland cement, fly ash, sand or pulverized limestone (and combinations of each).

Slabjacking remains a very desirable method of solving slab problems due to several factors:
more economical than replacing concrete
faster than removal and replacement
maintains the texture and appearance of the concrete surface
extends the useful life of the slab
increases the load bearing capacity of the slab.

Mudjacking, Slabjacking, Concrete Lifting and Concrete Levelling require only the minimal amount of accesories. You will need your own drill and concrete saw. Then simply choose your length of AIRPLACO green stripe grout hose, clamps and a slabjacking nozzle (to fit your drill bit size). Grout Mixers are also available.
