Masonry Grout Pumps
Masonry Contractors who choose a masonry grout pump for their blockfill requirements benefit by increasing productivity and reducing labor hours (especially when compared to bucketing material). No elevation above the wall is required when using a grout pump so you can put your skid steer to work on other tasks, such as lifting block or mortar. The grout pump can also multitask as a mortar hoist. Instead of lifting mortar up the scaffolding, pump it up to the troughs so the masons have mortar ready and available to lay the block.
AIRPLACO Masonry grout pumps are built for the contractor who needs a compact machine that is able to deliver the production rate neccessary to complete a masonry wall grouting job. Three equipment models are available to meet production rates and budgetary requirements. The PumpMaster PG-30 will pump up to 10 yards an hour and features a swing tube material valve (as used in larger concrete pumps). The PumpMaster PG-25 will pump up to 6 yards per hour and features an exclusive pea-gravel discharge for 3/8" aggregate (fine grouts according to ASTM C404). An entry-level model, MudBuddy PG-10, is a skid-mount pump powered by hyraulic on the skid steer or hydraulic power pack.
