Handy-GroutTM HG-9
Hand-operated portable grout pump

When the job is too small to justify sending out an engine-powered grouting rig, or the grout site is hard to reach with full-size equipment, just carry in the HANDY-GROUT and start pumping.

A pressure grouting original, the Handy-Grout is a hand-operated, self-priming, positive piston pump. It is designed to pump a wide variety of high viscosity slurries and grouts.

Airplaco Grout Pumps are built for durability, portability and efficiency.

By scaling down the same technology used in its shotcrete pumps, Airplaco is able to offer a versatile line of grout pumps. Small hand grout pumps as well as air, hydraulic and engine-powered piston pumps are available for a range of applications.  Airplaco's Handy-Grout line of grout pumps offers a range of grout pumps designed for specific job applications and contractor preferences.

The latest innovation, the Handy Grout HG-9 grout pump, includes a cast assembly and polyurethane hopper. This grout pump design maximizes two important features, durability and weight. The HG-9 grout pump's cast assembly ensures a durable design free from excessive welding and its polyurethane hopper ensures lightweight and easy cleaning. The HG-9 grout pump's horizontal piston ensures a self priming pumps through its heavy-duty ball check manifold system An in-line pressure gauge allows the operator to monitor the efficiency in relation to the thickness of the slurry used for the application.

The simplest grout pump, the Airplaco Handy-Grout HG-5 is an innovative design that allows contractors to pump grout directly from a bucket of material. The HG-5 grout pump is a popular choice for contractors who would rather not use a hopper or for those who prefer to use off-the-shelf grouting materials bought by the bucket. The HG-5 grout pump is heavy duty--built to last.

For a little more power, Airplaco offers the Handy-Grout HGA-50. This grout pump uses an air power source making it suitable for mid to large grouting jobs. The HGA-50 pumps grout up to 50 cubic feet per hour and allows contractors to adjust the pressure for control over the pump's output. The addition of a high-speed 30 gallon mixer sets up a related model--the HGA-530. This grout pump and mixer combo allows the contractor to be fully self-sufficient. Contractors start with dry material which is added to the mixer and dropped into the built-in air-powered grout pump for delivery through the grout hose and nozzle.

The Handy-Grout line of grout pumps from Airplaco are built for durability, efficiency and portability to remain a part of the contractors tool-belt for years to come.
