Reasons to use a grout pump

Mason contractors can accomplish core filling requirements by using a masonry grout pump. Contractors have several reasons to use a grout pump for grouting masonry walls.

Use a masonry grout pump when barriers on the job prevent a grout delivery system from being lifted into place.

Use a grout pump to fill block walls without a forklift or telehandler.

Using a grout pump is more efficient that bucketing or using grout bags.

Masonry grout pumps are half the cost of a concrete pump...or less.

Masonry grout pumps can be transported on a trailer or in a typical pickup truck.

Contractors can use existing mixers and material silo systems with the masonry grout pump.

Masonry grout pumps also pump materials directly from ready-mix trucks.

TESTIMONIALS: PUMPMASTER MASONRY GROUT PUMPS
“We used the core filling pump at 10,000 ft + elevation & pumped material for a chimney application up 50' with 100' horizontal using 2" hose with ready mix pea gravel delivery in winter weather!”
--Rob Aplin, Aplin Masonry

(PG-25 Owner)

"We're doing something completely new with the pump. This could revolutionize the industry! We have two pumps and have already pumped 5 tri-axle loads of mortar through one of them so far. The PumpMasters are small enough to do what I need and big enough for alot of the jobs we're doing. We're using the pump to hoist mortar. We pump mortar to the scaffold and our guys use it to lay the block and then fill the cores with it."

"I am based in Melbourne, Australia, and I know a number of our customers here that have purchased your Block fill pumps and had them shipped here and are currently using them. They have provided very favorable reports as to the quality and ease of use of this product...the three reports of the people who have imported and are using them is extremely good."
