Our experienced trainers will show you how to use your mudjack pump, how to choose and mix your material, how address the most common concrete lifting situations and how to bid on jobs and provide a high level of customer service to your clients. In some cases, we will travel around the globe outside of the US to provide startup training. Customers also have the option of traveling to our Cincinnati, Ohio USA location for a demo and training on use of AIRPLACO mudjack pumps.

TOM NORMAN
Tom Norman, AIRPLACO regional sales manger for the Northeast region has been training mudjackers for 15 years. Tom offers a wealth of experience in AIRPLACO product design and slabjacking techniques based on hand-on experience and his own training within AIRPLACO. Tom's expertise is in the equipment, materials and accessories used for concrete leveling and void filling.
STEVE CHEATWOOD
Steve has been slabjacking for over 23 years in Ohio, around the country and overseas. He has an exhaustive knowledge of mudjacking/concrete lifting gained during his long career as a mudjack company owner. He is a true mudjack expert, specializing in equipment selection, mix design, hole drilling patterns, customer relations, advertising and more.
