The SprayMasterTM
pumps from Airplaco are designed to give an option for the
continuous spraying applications including stucco, plaster,
fireproofing, EIFS, acoustical and
cementitious coatings. Two SprayMaster stucco, plaster,
fireproofing, EIFS, acoustical and
cementitious coating models are available. The SprayMaster
SM-78G includes a gas engine (13 HP) and is suitable for all
outdoor spraying applications. The SprayMaster SM-78E includes
an electric engine (220 volt 30 Amp single phase) making it the
sensible choice for indoor spraying applications. The SM-78E is
designed to fit in an elevator for indoor work--this pump is the
perfect choice on so many levels. Both models are designed to
fit through a 36 inch doorway.
Airplaco SprayMasters feature a 2L6 rotor-stator material
cylinder, which allows constant material spray--no intermittent
surges to disrupt the flow of the job. Both models have large 60
gallon hoppers for holding stucco, plaster, fireproofing, EIFS, acoustical and
cementitious coatings. The SprayMaster hoppers hold two bags of
standard fireproofing or three-bag stucco mix. To give an
example of the output, the SprayMaster stucco, plaster,
fireproofing, EIFS, acoustical and
cementitious coatings pumps can output 20 to 30 bags an hour of
fireproofing materials. The SprayMaster stucco, plaster,
fireproofing, EIFS, acoustical and
cementitious coatings pumps can pump distances up to 200 feet.
Both SprayMaster models include an open throat hopper to avoid
material bridging giving a constant delivery to the
rotor-stator. Line pressures are up to 500 psi. Stucco, plaster,
fireproofing, EIFS, acoustical and
cementitious coating contractors can rely on the SprayMaster for
its rugged design and reliable performance. In addition, the
SprayMaster is designed for easy cleaning leaving maintenance to
a bare minimum.
Available with the SprayMasters are
a range of accessories, such as spraying nozzles and hoses for
stucco, plaster, fireproofing, EIFS, acoustical and
cementitious coatings. Various hose couplings, hose ends and
nozzle orifices are available for a complete spraying setup.
Performance is relative to cycle
rate, mix characteristics, line size and
distance. Max output, line pressure and distance cannot be
achieved
simultaneously. Specifications are subject to change. |
