The addition of a high-speed 30 gallon mixer sets up a related model--the HGA-530. This grout pump and mixer combo allows the contractor to be fully self-sufficient. Contractors start with dry material which is added to the mixer with water and dropped into the built-in air-powered grout pump for delivery through the grout hose and nozzle.

GROUT PLANT ON THE JOBSITE
The AIRPLACO HGA-530 is used in this video to mix and pump a slurry below the warehouse floor-- filling a void that has developed. The contractor used a slab packer nozzle from AIRPLACO to insert into holes drilled in the warehouse floor. The HGA-530 is powered by an air motor (no emissions) with a low decibel rating, making it a good choice for use on indoor jobs.
