Model PG-25 is the ideal machine for block fill and pea rock applications, pressure grouting, void filling and pea-gravel pumping. The Above Block Fill Mix Design has been tested and approved by contractors in the field. AIRPLACO strongly recommends the use of this mix design with the model PG-25 masonry block fill grout pump. Although no guarantee is given on the use of the mix design it has been proven to work and pump distances required on several jobsites. This Block Fill Mix Design helps ensure the proper consistency of the mix, water content and control over the size of the aggregate rock so that successful pumping can be achieved using the model PG-25 masonry block fill grout pump. AIRPLACO strongly recommends that masonry block fill contractors using the AIRPLACO PG-25 specify this mix design with their material supplier/ready mix company.

Complete grout material delivery setup for the PumpMasterTM Pro Model PG-25 grout pump is available for the masonry contractor. Various size grout hose, block fill nozzles (steel wall hook pipe) and all clamps (heavy-duty or grooved) complete the system. Other accessories, such as grout hose primer and cleanout devices ensure your complete setup.

GROUT PUMP ON THE JOBSITE
The Airplaco PumpMasterTM PG-25 grout pump is shown on a construction jobsite where it is used to fill cells in a block wall. The PumpMasterTM PG-25 grout pump is used with a ready-mix designed for grouting block walls with the Airplaco PumpMaster. The PumpMaster fills block without the need of a forklift or full-size concrete pump.
